250 ml bottle. Slightly hazy brownish orange, tiny white head. Sweet aroma of caramel malt and dried fruits, with a whiff of alcohol. The flavour is caramel-sweet, with dried fruits and a warm bitter hoppy finish. Tasty.

larsga (5325) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 28, 2013
Small beige head. Clear deep dark red body. Intense fruity earthy aroma with red bean, lime, and licorice notes. Not nearly as disharmonic as it probably sounds. Dry-sweet earthy licorice taste with peppery spicy herbal notes. (In fact, that earthy herbal licorice flavour reminds me of "sisselrot". No idea what it is in English.) Mid-bodied. Dryish earthy licorice aftertaste with herbal peppery chocolate and mint notes. Interesting, and really unusual. (0.25l bottle, wine monopoly, web order.)

250 ml bottle @ WPBF 2013.
Pours a copper brown colour with a white head. Aroma of caramel malts, not much else. Flavour of strong sweet syrup, strong grassy hops, floral notes and nuts. Medium bodied, sticky mouthfeel and a syrupy sweet finish with some bitterness. RH2 was better.

25 cl bottle @ wPBF’13, bottle #08964. Batch #742, brewed 20.12.2011, BBE 20.12.2016
Vertical with 3. edition.
Aroma is quite light with some raisins and ripe fruits. Flavour is quite hoppy and sweet with biscuits, yeasty notes, raisins and ripe fruits. Much hoppier than 2. edition, not sure which one is better. Perhaps the second due to better drinkability.
