Pours a clear light orange brown, lively carbonation and a foamy white head. Aroma of banana, belgian yeast, fluffy texture, floral & herby with an average bitter finish. Decent saison.

Yeasty lemony aroma. Slight funk. Straw yellow and opaque. Thin filmy white head. Salty nutty yeast flavors with noticeable acidity. Hardly and carb. Also slight biscuit flavor. Delicate.

massive ivory white had that disappears slowly, foam head and some lacing. amber coloured clear beer. sweet fruity smell, passion fruit, lychee en hoppy resin. very well balanced bitter and sweet with a long bitter aftertaste.bottle 50 cl / notes from backlog

Just 2010. Bottle. Funky yeast, citrus and grassy aromas. Golden, hazy yellow color with a white head. Spicy flavors with good hop structure. bitter finish.

Le liquide est blond-balnc,son col est très mince ainsi que son anneau de mousse.Au nez des notes citronnés,des épices et poussiéreux.Au goût c’est aussi asséchant comme de la poussière,les épices (probablement la coriandre),le blé et le malt avec une certaine amertume.Pour conclure, une saison qui est somme toute bien faite.

Une première évalutation en beauté avec une importation privée gracieuseté de mon cousin Ben. Une saison intéressante sans révolutionner le genre. Un nez intéressant avec touche de coriandre et agrumes. Un goût intéressant qui reste moyennement en bouche. Un merci tout spécial à mon cousin pour le nectar.
