Tap at Rattle n Hum. Pours cloudy gold with a supple, white head. Light citrus aroma with lemon, along with honey and lightly sweet malts. Delightful flavor, sweet, with bread and light fruits and slight bitterness in the tail. Light to medium in body with fizzy carbonation. Crisp and refreshing. An excellent Saison.

500ml bottle. Creamy white head on top of an unclear, yellow body. Lots of aroma containing hoops, citrus and apple. Hints of grass. Fresh taste of hops fruits and something sweet; maybe honny..?... Long, balanced, bitter aftertaste.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Drake (4803) - Charlottesville, Virginia, USA - JUL 1, 2010
500 mL bottle from Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a hazy orange color with a large frothy offwhite head. Good head retention and lacing. This was a gusher. A BIG gusher. The aroma is yeasty and caramelly with notes of citrus, bread and apple. The taste is bready and yeasty with citrus notes and a lightly bitter hoppiness. Medium bodied. Despite having to clean a fairly sizeable puddle off my floor, this is a pretty nice saison. 6/2/10
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Countbeer (1686) - Best of Eindhoven ohne Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - JUN 25, 2010
Bottle: Thanks to Nick.
Batch 409:
Big white foamy head, disappears slow into a fluffy white head.
Smell is fresh: fruit (apple, orange, apricot), spices, hops, hint of malt, flowers and a hint of pepper.
Color is hazy yellow orange.
Wow, the taste is extremely smooth and soft (yet 6,5 % alcohol): lots of fruits, hops, spices, hint of honey, hint of grass.
Turns into a bit of a fruity slight bitter but mostly dry aftertaste.
Very well balanced.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 hawthorne00 (1307) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - JUN 15, 2010
Pours gold with a 3 inch white head that collapses a bit. Aroma of the barn [I agree with popery below that the barn seems too clean] and cheese rind with some honey, citrus and coriander. Taste has light honey sweetness with white pepper, cloves and coriander. Dry, mildly bitter finish. Some astringency, no sourness. A second glass with some sediment improves matters quite a lot - there’s a bit more yeasty funk and rustic character.
3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 hoppopotamus (256) - Santa Cruz, California, USA - JUN 13, 2010
A very murky straw colored beer with a nice bubbly head. Aroma is belgiany spice (coriander?) bready yeast and a bit of tart citrus. Flavor is quite bready, with a decent does of hop bitterness. Slightly tart. Rather thin mouthfeel.
