Transparent gold, layer of white bubbles for a head. Floral nose of barn, lemon, and light sugar. Dry, slightly syrupy flavor of grain, grass, slight must, and some sweeter lemon. I’d prefer a lighter body with more nuance and less sugar.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a very small sized head of frothy fine to medium sized white colored bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a very hazy strongly carbonated dark yellow colored body and a fair lacing. The aroma was hoppy floral and dry. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a strong vinous biting aftertaste. The strong flavor contained notes of malt hops vinous coriander and floral. Delicious and one I would certainly buy again.

bottle courtesy of flacoalto. pours a dirty very light yellow with a minimal white head. aroma is a sweet light fresh spring breeze, with just a hint of funk to it. taste is really nice and sweet, getting hints of jelly belly in there. low amount of carbonation, but a nice palate. just a tad too syrupy in the finish for my liking. overall a great offering, i am always happy with nogne o.

500 ml bottle @ Kaarna. Golden color, full white head. Spicy aroma. Fairly bitter flavor with plenty of spices and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation. Reminds me of Nøgne’s wit: it’s also too bitter for the style.

Pours a translucent yellow/cream with a wispy white head that fades quick to nothing. The nose is of earthy, subdued spruce, lemon zest, and some sort of odd buttery, menthol scent I can’t figure. The flavour is spicy, with minty hops, orange zest, pepper and clove. Its different, but refreshing. The carbonation is sharp and spritzy, which is supported by a rather creamy body.

500ml bottle from Cracked Kettle. Pours hazy orange with a big foamy head. Nose of hops, fruits (mango, banana) some spices. Taste is quite bitter all along. Finish as a very crisp and present bitterness. Very drinkable and thirst quenching. Some lacing not much. Head retention is very long.

Cloudy beige-orange with thin white head.
Aroma of spices, rocks, banana and phenols from belgian yeast. A bit acidic.
A flavour of citrus, malt, banana, belgian phenols. Saltiness with dry finish.

Been in my fridge for a number of months. Pours somewhat a lightly cloudy golden orange with a dense white head. Light yeasty fruitiness, lemon and herbal grassiness in the nose. Flavor starts with a sweet malty base along with notes of wheat, some carmelization, Some fruity esters, bubblegum, light spice and maybe a tinge of banana. The hop presence is noticeable but this finishes too sweet for my tastes The body is medium but with very soft carbonation - i prefer saisons to be more spritzy. Needs some tweaking.
