One of our most refreshing brews, made for those hot summer days, but satisfying year ’round. Recommended serving temperature 8°C/45°F. Goes well with seafood, particularly oysters.

Dehydrated pee colour, fruity nose of pears and melon. Too big, too much to say for it’s self. Maybe more the style i have issue with rather than the beer. Too much alcohol for me, don’t know why brewers want to pack Saison’s with so much alcohol, it makes them cloying and sweet. Saison’s were meant to be a light and refreshing summer drink. Did not enjoy.

0.5 l bottle from Alko Arkadia, Helsinki. Cloudy yellow colour. Aroma has lactic acid. Taste is malty in a dry spicy way. Hops too. Refreshing with interesting taste. Didn’t have any oysters, but commercial deScription is probably right about the food pairings.

Interesting very strong scent on this Saison, and it seems Saisons are different depending on the brewery. Rich smell and taste from a brass yellow color. Smooth texture with light foam.

Bottle at home. Pale golden colour. Subtle wheat, banana, honey in the aroma. Good flavour from the Belgium yeast used giving the beer a delicate wheat malt base with fresh, earthy hops. Smooth, creamy texture and light, fruity finish,
