350 ml bottle. Clear, pale straw yellow body with no head. Aroma is quite strong fruity, like something between citric and green apple, phenol, rice, yeast and smooth pleasant alcoholic. Flavor is quite strong fruity in the same direction as aroma, almost spicy yeast, rice, balanced sweet, mild acidic and warming alcohol. Very smooth and balanced between sweet and acidic with a fine warming alcoholic touch. The body feels almost a bit fat and…. eh “meat’ish”? Long and fruity aftertaste. Easy to like, easy to drink.

Shared bottle at Nøgne Ø, Grimstad. The third bottle we tasted. This one was not as good as the others, but still a great sake! Super clean with nice fruityness.

Bottle shared at The Trappist. Clear yellowish in appearance. The aroma is interesting, yeasty and acidic with rice and floral notes. The flavor is not too boozy, with a very interesting acidic yeast character, white wine, and fruitiness. Medium-bodied with slight acidity and good dryness. Interesting and tasty.
