Editor’s note: Made for the European Beer Festival in Copenhagen, september 2008, but a few kegs found their way to pubs in Denmark and Norway.

[on tap at EBF 2008[ IPA aroma with lots of tangerine (surprise, surprise): citrusy pine hops, soda crackers, fresh tangerine juice. Hazy light brownish-orange with almost a complete, thin cover. Salty from the high hopping balanced very well with gentle tangerine. Notes of pine and caramel. Medium body, medium carbonation, slightly bitter finish.

Rating #20 from the european beer festival 2008. Hazy orange look. Lovely sweet tangerine aroma mixed with some strong flowery hops and some pine hops. Plesant bitterness and a ligt tart/sweet orange sweetness. Great mix!

from ferkins at the EBF, foggy orange mist in a glass, inviting hoppy aroma with notes of tropical peach, mango and fresh oranges, fantastic taste lots of fresh tropical fruit impressions, balancing bitter finish, a little ornage and mandarine on the palate, little sour astringent, just fantastic, I hope it will be available on bottle

Had this at EBF Kobenhaven 12-09-08. Full on juciy, juicy tangerines, lovely tongue curling sweet tangerine tanginess, some orange wine gum for sweetness (but not so sweet actually) lovely beer and probably Loz’s favourite of the entire festival (along with the Dark Horizon Second Edition) Loz is now a big, big Nogne fan.

On tap @ EBF 2008. Hazy orange body with a small off-white head. Aroma is citrus fruity and indicates something different than their regularly IPA. Flavor is rather light malty and dominated by a refreshing and bitter fruitiness. The aroma hops and the tangerine fruit is working together with my palates and leaving a bit funky impression. Incredible refreshing and rather distinct. This is one of those beers that you rally need more than 10ml sample to appreciate. Nice idea, really hoping for another opportunity.

(Cask) Very hazy orange with a small head. Aroma of tangerine and peach, faint aromatic hops. Strong fruitiness in the flavor with some citrusy sourness, and aromatic (not very bitter) hops. Medium body, quite soft carbonation. At first it felt a bit bland, but after a while I began to appreciate the overall freshness.

Tap @ EBF, 2008, Carlsberg.
Pours lightly muddy yellow with a small, creamy, white film head. Fruity aroma, oranges and tangerine. Good hoppiness spliced with the fruit. Great, soft mouthfeel, lowish carbonation. Flavour starts off relatively fruity with tangerine dominating. Then some biscuity malts, before hitting with a good hoppiness, flowery and very bitter. Technically, were impressive.
