Not a very strong aroma. Hints of flowers and fresh bread. Light golden colour, nice white head. Taste is comforting, well balanced taste of sweet malt and mild hops. Alcohol is not very dominant. Feels smooth, warming. Just what I needed on a friday evening:)

UPDATED: MAR 2, 2013 Uklar honningfarvet øl med hvitt skum. Lukter fruktig gjær, pære og sitrus. Fruktsødme, litt bitterhet, gjær og alkohol i munnen. Litt for mye alkohol. Fin kullsyre. Ettersmaken er grei. Flaske 500 ml, Munkegata 01.02.13.

It pours hay-coloured and very hazy; the head is off-white and foamy. The aroma has notes of: candied apricots, lemon-marmalade, alcohol, and candy-sugar. The taste is light sweet that finishes light bitter; there are notes of: grapefruit, apricots, alcohol, and mango. The palate is medium-full bodied, sticky, medium carbonation (tiny bubbles), and a long finish. Overall, boring, but well executed.

Glad to see a Tripel from this brewery (always nice to see a none-Belgian brewer trying this great style). Pours a hazy golden colour with an amber hue, and a white cap that gives out creamy lace. Aromas of malted wheat (and Barley) with notes of fruits and very mild burnt wood (smokey). The smokiness delivers in the taste as well with peachy wheat and spices in the background. There is a grainy flavour which is weird. Nice brew, but different for a Tripel with the smoke factor (maybe a plus for Islay whiskey drinkers).

500ml bottle. Minimally cloudy dark golden colour with huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity aroma has notes of banana, yeast, some floral hop. Taste is minimally sweet unspecific fruity, dry husky, dry hoppy, yeasty, some warming alcohol in the finish; lively carbonation.

Aromas of banana, clove, yeast and floral hops. Pours cloudy orange without much head or lacing - consistent with style. Taste has some light sweetness at the end and very light bitterness. Aftertaste tapers off nicely. Bottle.

Smells fresh of fruit and yeast. Looks very fresh, light in colour. Light, fruity and yeasty taste. Strange mouthfeel, not viscous and not thin. Good beer if you like craftbrew-beer, but not in a mood for something crazy.
