3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
It pours hay-coloured and very hazy; the head is off-white and foamy. The aroma has notes of: candied apricots, lemon-marmalade, alcohol, and candy-sugar. The taste is light sweet that finishes light bitter; there are notes of: grapefruit, apricots, alcohol, and mango. The palate is medium-full bodied, sticky, medium carbonation (tiny bubbles), and a long finish. Overall, boring, but well executed.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
2016 Philly Beer Week draft @ Khyber Pass. Pours slightly hazy golden color, maybe a touch of orange. Small, thin off-white head that was gone quickly. Grassy and citrusy aroma, maybe some stone fruit too. Full body, lightly syrupy, with a touch of astringency to the finish. Flavors of peach and citrus with a bit of an earthy note.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tallahassee, Fl - Beer Stop - 650 ml bottle. Thick, muddled medium orange pour with a thick snow white head, decent lacing. Aroma has some tangy lemon accents, a touch of yeast and some bubble gum. Full-bodied flavor with some candii sugar sweetness, some bubble gum, a dollop of yeast, just a hint of lemon tartness and some cake mix sweetness in the back end. Mouthfeel has a pleasantly thick essence to it. Good night cap after getting the hell out of Dodge after Hurricane Hermine.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: AUG 6, 2016 Pours a hazy golden yellow on tap with fluffy white head that dissipates to leave moderate lace. Aroma of sweet candied sugar, big yeast Belgian esters, and a nice malty backbone. Taste follows, like cotton candied fruit beer, but surprisingly not too sweet. Either as it warms or maybe because of something I ate, but some smoky meat is coming out, interesting. Booze is well hidden, effervescent carbonation, really well done for the style.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
bottle @ Party Source / Bellevue KY --- Aroma of malt and light bitter citrus. Hazy medium amber color, ivory head that drops to a full cover, sheets of lace. Taste is smooth toffee malt that moves through a lightly carbonated swallow to mostly semi-sweet yeast and biscuit. Slight bittering in the finish isn’t enough to offset an almost cloying sweet. This one comes close, but doesn’t deliver any balance. Too bad.
