Taste is comforting, well balanced taste of sweet malt and mild hops. Alcohol is not very dominant. Feels smooth, warming. Just what I needed on a friday evening:)

Nøgne Ø is back on track! A really nice one, yeasty and tasty and great mix of belgian style and refreshing food-beer when you try it.

The bottle was very foamy when opened and poured a hazy golden color with a white head. The head dissipated fairly quickly for a tripel. Aroma of honey, hay, raisins and malts. Sweet and malty flavor with a bit of cherry and yeast. Not especially clean in the mouth, but by no means syrupy. Not a bad beer, but there are some many amazing beers in this style that this probably isn’t one of the best.

Golden cloudy color.
Aroma is hop,malt,citrus,honey and some spices.
A bit sweet, yeasty, but balanced beer.
Hidden ABV.
Very nice beer after a superb dinner.

I loved this beer! The bright orange, cloudy body gives way to a rich, orange toffee with good bitterness... not overly complex but big and tasty- great with Asian food

From a bottle shared at home. Pours a cloudy light amber with a quickly disappearing off white head. Aromas of melon and banana. Flavors also include some honey and coriander. smooth finish tasty.

Bärnstensfärgad, lite unken. Viss sötma från alkoholen. Väldigt rund i smaken, lite söt/syrlig karaktär.

Bottle - 500ml. Beautiful cloudy golden body with a thin white foamy head. Wonderful malty/hoppy aroma with citrusy, yeasty, and spicy hints. Alcohol is very well hidden. Its sharp, well balanced malty/hoppy taste carries citrusy, banana, yeasty, and honeyish notes. Ends with a warming bittersweet finish. Well done.

A good Belgian Tripel. Has a citrus taste to it. Enjoyable. Purchased at LCBO in Ontario, Canada. It is a pricey beer however, was over $6 for a 500ml bottle. Can not afford to drink this normally.

This one is bottle fermented and has a cloudy orange appearance. The aroma is citrus orange. The flavor is strong citrus orange and it passes across the palate with a slight bite of carbonation. Overall another good beer from Nøgne ø.

50cl bottle poured into a pint glass. Cloudy orange with a good amount of white head. Aroma is citrus and candy. Flavor is orange, candy, and bread. Has a bit of an alcohol kick. Lots of yeast sediment. Nice brew.
