Cloudy bright brown with a rocky cap floating on top. Orange zest, almost but not fuzzy peach, leathery, and spice show up in the nose. Nose finishes in a lemon lime. Lemon lime really show up in the taste, finishes with a massive in your face bitter. Wood, leathery malts.................. so very smooth. Goes down fast. A smoky peat finds its way into the finish. Why can’t I have neighbors who do home brew like this.

Very nice double IPA. Hoppy but well balanced and drinkable. Found at Brewberry in Paris, 0.5l bottle. Would buy again if I see it.

[5230-20130413] 500mL bottle. Toasted grainy orange hops aroma. Hazy, orange brown body with a medium-lasting foamy off-white head. Bitter orange rind grainy flavour has a lingering bitter aftertaste. Medium body. Great! (8/3/9/4/17) 4.1

A heavy hitter...pours a bright glowing orange with a fizzy off yellow head. The nose is fresh and fruity with hugw grapefruit and tropical notes. Quite resinous and bitter in the mid palate with a plethura of pine and grapefruit. Bitter on the finish with big lingering hops.

Golden orange pour with slight white head. Aroma is subtle, mainly floral, resin, wheat and honey. Taste is bitter, with some added sweetness from the honey-characteristics. Mild bitterness. Texture is creamy to sticky, with average to soft carbonation.

500ml bottle pours a golden orange color with a finger and a half of white head with good retention, but leaving only a few spots of lacing. Aroma is grapefruit and pine with some hints of caramel. Taste is a grapefruit and pine hop bitterness with a fruity and caramel malty sweetness. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. A very well done DIPA that I thoroughly enjoyed and recommend to others.
