Pours cloudy mahogany with a small sustained white head. Aroma of spruce and grapefruit, with a faint malty background. Big bitter flavour, earthy and citric, more grapefruit.. Complementing the bitterness is a sharp caramel malt sweetness. Full body and pleasing light carbonation. Very nice.

(Draught@Pikkulintu, rated 2011-07-08) Murky reddish brown with a small, lightly lacy head. Exotic fruit, some creaminess, and toffeeish maltiness in the nose. Exotic-fruity flavor, caramely-malty, not too bitter. Medium to full body, soft with low CO2. A quite pleasantly fruity DIPA, although not quite as good as the #500 - at least on draught.

Bottle (in Australia). Bursting full with hops, aroma is all tropical fruits. But the hops are just too much on the palate, leaving a chalkiness.

Pours a dark semi coudy amber with a nice big fluffy head and a big stonefruit/sweet malt aroma. Has a nice hop resin flavour and it is very well balanced i can hardly notice the 100 IBU. Nice beer.

50cl bottle. Pours a cloudy coffee colour with strong carbonation and a generous head. There seems to be some floating yeast. The nose has pine and grapefruit pith. The taste has grapefruit, them some earthiness, perhaps even beetroot or parsnip .The finish has biscuits, so very complex from start to end. The palate is medium bodied with a creamy texture and a dry zingy finish, Overall, just a bit too bitter on the finish but great up to that point.
