Flaša. Tmavo oranžová farba, krásna biela pena, dlho držala. Vôňa sladká, ovocná, jemne karamelové tóny a broskyne. Taktiež cítiť alkohol. V chuti sladkosť, kvetinové a ovocné tóny, grapefruit, trávovosť a zemitosť. Telo plné, pekná vyváženosť sladkosti a horkosti. Veľmi pitné, ale alkohol je dosť citeľný.

Bottle thanks to Magnus! Pours a totally clear amber with a small white head. Aroma has lots of grassy hops, citra or simcoe as well. Taste is fruity and bitter with a balanced malt backbone. Light and drinkable for it’s style.

Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks Shmupi. Orange golden with a big head. Smell of stale fruity hops, orange jam and caramel. Sweet-sour with some fruitiness and caramel, strong hops bitterness, a bit harsh and not balanced. Medium-bodied, not fresh enough.

Cloudy bright brown with a rocky cap floating on top. Orange zest, almost but not fuzzy peach, leathery, and spice show up in the nose. Nose finishes in a lemon lime. Lemon lime really show up in the taste, finishes with a massive in your face bitter. Wood, leathery malts.................. so very smooth. Goes down fast. A smoky peat finds its way into the finish. Why can’t I have neighbors who do home brew like this.

Pours a hazy copper with a white head. Aroma is malty and hoppy with a fruity smell I do not recognize. Seems close to grapefruit. The taste is similar with sour, bitter and sweet notes.

From a 500ml bottle on 11/7/2011. Batch #555, brewed 20/10/10. Pours a murky apricot amber with a big head, with lots of sediment. Has a nice, big, fruity pine hop aroma. The flavours are typical of a big American IPA - sweet caramel and toffee malt, candied honey, and lots of fruit (particularly orange and grapefruit). Has a massive hop presence, but remains very drinkable for something that’s 8.5%. This is a cracking double IPA, though just shaded by the Epic Armageddon I had the other day.

Tap 33cl. Grünerløkka Brygghus. Nice white sidesticking head. A citric fruity aroma, hard to tell. Sweet rotten pear perhaps. Sweet taste of syrup and sugar. Good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pour is clear light amber brown with a average frothy mostly lasting and some lacing off white head. Aroma is caramel, candy, citrus, grapefruit. Taste is almost heavy sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium+, texture is oily and creamy, carbonation is average. Finishes very sweet with a grapefuity hop-bite. Could use more aroma-hops.
