Bottle, shared at game night. Very hazy light orange with a rocky white head. Interesting sweet floral pine character, something different here that’s hard to pin down, but I enjoyed it.

Bottle to tulip Lavender, coriander, pepper, red bell pepper, and orange peel; quite unique. Mostly, clear pinkish amber with a lot of tiny particulates. Not much effervescence and no real head. Taste is lavender, pepper, pine, melon, light citrus and bountiful bitterness.

Keg at the all new Zubaty Pes after a botched attempt at watching the Bohemians game with Nick. Always nice to be in Vrsovice. Poured a hazy Gold with a White head. herbal aroma which reminded me of Sage. Quite a heavy handed swampy bitterness. Pretty nice but I’m dubious as to its freshness. None of the other recent raters seem to think of this one as herbal.

Bottle split at Reubens, thanks to he, 01/05/15. Hazed orange amber with a decent off white covering. Nose is earthy hop, pine needle, melon, orange pith, tangerine. Taste comprises chalky minerals, melon, bitter trops, orange pith, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with an earthy hop wash. Decent enough IPA.

Appearance: cloudy pale amber with one finger of rocky light tan head, poor retention and spotty lacing. (3/5) Aroma: pine, tropical fruit, caramel malt, citrus. (8/10) Taste: moderate sweet, strong bitter. (8/10) Palate: medium slightly oily body, moderate carbonation, lingering bitter and slightly warming finish. (3/5) Less than a year old, and well under its two year BB date - but I still think it’s a bit faded. Not that it isn’t massively bitter - it is (100 IBU) - but I think some of the brightness has dulled with time. I’d like to try this fresher. That said, a quality IPA if you don’t mind massive dank bitterness. Just not a lot of bright citrus left at this point. Nearly translucent cloudiness due to the big chunky sediment you find in the last inch of so many of Nøgne Ø brews, despite my trying to avoid the worst of it during the pour. (14/20)

Bottle. Pours really hazy golden orange, loads of sediment, dense, with average white head. Taste is lime and citrus, fainted hops, grassy, slight soapy. Very light body! Lively carbonation. Some yummy malt as it warms. Bitter quite dry finish with piney notes.

Bottled. Pours slightly hazy golden with an average, lacing white head. Aroma of caramel, pineapple, passion fruit, orange zest and piney notes. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carbonation. A very nice IPA. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Bottle at home. Pours orange, with a white bubbly head. Aroma of citrus, ginger, hops, malts, tropical fruits. Taste of Ginger, hops, malt base, ginger leading to a slighty bitter finish. I not a big fan of VIc Secret hop at this moment.
