330ml, 6 % abv, draught at Ølhallen in Tromsø. Stable white layer on top of a cloudy golden coloured body. Fair lacing. Sappy aroma of orange and freshly cut grass. Likewise, the taste profile is made up by fresh fruity hops and subdued malty sweetness beneath. Bittersweet ending. Fine bodied and velvety smooth on the swallow. Tasty (19.09.2014).

Fra kran på Ølhallen. Aprikosfarget. Uklar. Middels høyt skum. God plommearoma. Smaken har preg av bær som glir over i en rikere fruktig avslutning. Bra.

Tap at Mikkeller Bangkok on the tap takeover/meet the brewer evening. Poured a hazy medium amber with a round bubbly white head. The aroma is tropical fruit hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet with a big zesty mango, saison-like mineral aspirin bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. It’s the strangest APA I’ve had. For me it’s almost a new style.

Keg at the Southern - ’ow much?! £4.75 a half. Jings. And it is a wee bit funky. Pours hazy orange with a rocky, big-bubbly head. Aromas are light yeasty funk, sherbet end of things, orange fizzy sweets, then light spice. Let’s just say odd for the style, if not for Nogne. On the taste the clash continues. Funk, but not sour. Orange, but not fruity. Malt, but not sweet. Odd.

Draft @Cafe Sara, Oslo. Cloudy dark golden. Low off-white top. Herbal, grassy and leafy hop aroma, quickly overpowered by a scent of sweetish toasted malts. Mid-bodied and quite juicy in the mouth. Mellow undistinct bitterness. Mild fruity, grassy and leafy hop flavor. Malt sweetness in the finish. Not in its best shape, this one.

On tap at the Southern. Appearance - honey coloured with a presentable head. Nose - honey on nose too. Some oaty things going on too. Taste - honey nut cornflakes. Floral too. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly fresh finish Overall - unusual for this fine brewery.

On tap @ Henrik, Bergen. Pours dark golden with a small creamy head. Aroma is spicy hops and orange, as well as kandi, caramel and some rather undistinguishable whiffs of umami. Creamy body with soft carbonation. Flavour is bitter with orange peel and apricot as well as grain, and with a sweet grainy finish.

Draught at the Nordic, Tampere, Finland. Cloudy goldon amber colour with a small white head. Mild but nice hoppy aroma with sweetness, fruitiness and caramel maltiness. The flavour is sweet and fruity hops. Way too sweet. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Amundsen, september 19th 2013. Cloudy golden body, small white head. Malty aroma with weak flowery hops and grass, sweet apricot taste with caramel and herbs. Surprisingly mild bitterness, with a grassy hop and caramel aftertaste. A nice beer, though I’d like the hops to have a stronger presence.
