COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Belgian Ale is what you could call a wit with an attitude. We are generous with all our ingredients - including both orange peel and coriander. This does not stop this ale from being a good companion with seafood dishes.

Recommended serving temperature 8°C/45°F.

11P 20 IBU 4,5% ABV.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Notes of spicy old man cologne, lemon zest, and some clove. Watery mouthfeel with a medium length finish.

( 500ml bottle batch 395 thanks to bu11zeye) Pours opaque whitish/yellow with some bubbles. Nose of coriander, and cinnamon. Taste is extremely dry, lots of spices, wheat and finishes bitter. If this beer was sweeter and has less spices it would be fantastic.

Bottle courtesy of bu11zeye. Hazy yellow pour. Very spicy smell. Has hints of cilantro. Not a bad taste. Some soft chalky upfront feelings with a spicy feel on the finish for me. Slight pepper feeling after it’s done. Decent.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a white head over a barely hazed golden body. Aroma is sweet, floral and perfumey, with honey, jasmine and orange peel. Great aroma, taste is less convincing. Taste is spicy, with floral and honey notes. A little bit of wheat harshness. Medium to high carbonation.

Bottle thanks to Bu11zeye. Pours a light gold with white fizzy head, cloudy. Aroma of orange peel and malt. Flavor is somewhat malty, orange peel,a little bitterness. Mouth feel is light body with high carbonation. Overall, a decient, easy drinking summer beer!

bottle- she pours a beautiful strawberry blonde, maybe closer to the blonde than strawberry, and hazy like grapefruit juice with an excuberant white head. nose is incredibly spicy, I’m getting oregano, coriander seeds, fresh parsley, and freshly baked bread. taste is very light and spicy with much more of that orange peel being found in the flavor then the nose. concludes with a nice dry finish. I don’t know what they are on about with saying this pairs well with seafood dishes although I’m sure it does, I think this would probably be the perfect homemade pizza beer. To bad the home made pizza isnt until tomorrow.

Very nice example, stuck half way between the German and the Belgian versions of the style, more citrusy, so closer to Belgium. Decent.
