COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Belgian Ale is what you could call a wit with an attitude. We are generous with all our ingredients - including both orange peel and coriander. This does not stop this ale from being a good companion with seafood dishes.

Recommended serving temperature 8°C/45°F.

11P 20 IBU 4,5% ABV.

UPDATED: SEP 6, 2011 Bottle from Appellation Wines. Hazy pale yellow colour, reasonable head. Smokey resin aroma. Spicy bitter sweet resin resin flavour. sour aftertaste. Ok for a wit beer but not really my thing.

50cl bottle - expired for 250 days. Pours golden yellow with a medium white head. In the nose impressions of citrus, melon and after a while even banana (when warmed up). Nice bitterness in the taste and medium full body. THis is a very nice alternative to the Belgian pilsner based beers, with more taste/flavours and less alcohol. Me like :-)

Pale and slightly cloudy with a thin white head. Smells of wheat and zest and slightly like pear drops. Banana and wheat in the mouth. Very little lacing.

Hazy yellow color, small white head. Aroma is lightly acidic with a touch of lemon/citrus, spices, orange, yeast and almost some soap. Flavour is lightly tart and dry with citrus, orange and some light spices. Light bitter finish. Light bodied with lively carbonation. A fresh and tasty wit!

On keg at Bacchus, Newcastle. Pours a cloudy pale blonde colour with a thin white head. Quite fruity nose with blueberry, banana and wheat notes. Similar flavours with a lemony citrus character. Moderate carbonation and a little CO2 prickle. Foamy mouth-feel if a little thin. Nice lemon citrus linger.
