COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Belgian Ale is what you could call a wit with an attitude. We are generous with all our ingredients - including both orange peel and coriander. This does not stop this ale from being a good companion with seafood dishes.

Recommended serving temperature 8°C/45°F.

11P 20 IBU 4,5% ABV.

A yellow/amber body that is almost completely clear, or lightly hazy, depending on how carefully you pour your glass. The head is average sized, white and mostly lasting. Excellent lacing! Aroma of perfume, soap, apple and banana. There is an initial light sweet taste, the finish is slightly bitter. Same flavours as aromas, but in addition some citrus, especially in the finish. Lively carbonation. Refreshing!

Hazy light yellow body with a fully lasting medium white head. Excellent lacing. Strong and pleasant aroma with yeast, spices, citric fruits and honey. Medium sweet, light acidic and a very light bitter finish. Floral and fruity flavours and very spicy. The yeast is also very present. Medium to light body, watery to oily texture with a yeasty dry finish. Medium carbonation. Both the Aroma and Taste is up from 6 to 7, but the beer feels a bit to thin, so Palate is down to 3. Overall up to 13.

Pours a cloudy light yellow with a one inch pearl white head and good carbonation. The aroma is overwhelmingly fruity, most notably citrus. The taste matches the nose; the citrus flavor dominates all the way through, masking what might be other flavorful nuances. A pleasant bitterness comes alive as it goes down and then resumes to a citrus aftertaste. Overall, it’s a bit unbalanced for my taste, but it’s an accessible beer for nearly anyone and a good value. I always have a few in the refrigerator to serve to guests.

Bottle. Light hazy yellow with a white head. Smells of citrus and banana. Taste is the same. Summer beer deluxe. A good example of a Wit with low alcohol
