COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Belgian Ale is what you could call a wit with an attitude. We are generous with all our ingredients - including both orange peel and coriander. This does not stop this ale from being a good companion with seafood dishes.

Recommended serving temperature 8°C/45°F.

11P 20 IBU 4,5% ABV.

UPDATED: SEP 25, 2010 20100924 Tap at max’s. Very pale yellow w creamy white head. Aroma is lemon, a bit like dish soap but in an appealing way, if that’s possible. Not yeast enough certainly not spicy enough, but tasty.

Almost clear, yellow golden body with short head. Orange, coriander and some wheat notes in the aroma. Taste is a little more in the coriander, orange not so, medium light body. Drinkable.

(500 ml bottle. Rated @ 23.5.2010.)
Hazy yellow colour, white head with big bubbles. Lots of wheat and spices on the aroma. The flavour is wheat, orange peel, citrus and mild hops. Light bodied, thin mouthfeel. A bit different witbier, which lacks character.

Bottle (50cl) from Ica, Oslo. Hazy pale golden colour, huge white head that slowly turns into a nice sculptural foam with a fair amount of lacing. Aroma of lemon peel, bitter orange, yeast and dishwasher soap. Light to medium body, watery but refreshing. Good balance, finishes with a dry, light bitterness.
