Quevillon (2510) - Boisbriand, Quebec, - AUG 28, 2013
Drank on tap (10 oz) at the brewpub on August 25, 2013. Very muddy cream blonde, a little head. Aroma of wheat gingers with a little lychee, slightly spicy. Sour lychee and dry wheat taste, slightly spicy, aftertaste of herbs. This is not implaisant but it is not a treat either!

Boutip (4738) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 12, 2014
Draft: Poured a hazy pale blonde color ale with a medium size white foamy head. Aroma of litchi is quite powerful with limited sweetness. Taste is also dominated by light cereal notes with strong litchi presence. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Not the biggest fan of litchi but this beer is well brewed nonetheless.

simardsam (137) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 14, 2014

On Cask at Benelux, at the off mondial event, with ginger and dry hopped with nelson sauvin hop. Cloudy white-gold hue, with a very thin white head, with a yeasty, doughy, fruity lychee, light honeyed tropical fruit nose, with some fruit salade, gingerbread, floral leafy, tropical fruit, citrus hoppy accents, with a wheat, pale, toasted malt, wet tea leaf note in the aroma follows through on a mediuym-bodied palate with a mild wheat, pale malt, yeasty dough, fruit salade, lychee, milkyish, gingerbread cookie dough character with some faint flowery citrus, tropical fruit hop, lemon, grapefruit peel flavours, leading towards a yeasty, wheat maltiness, milky, light spicy ginger, lingering lychee fruitiness, citrus, tropical fruit hop bitterness finish.

Lubiere (10094) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 1, 2013
A murky blonde wit with a thin white head. In aroma, light banana malt with grassy and phenolics, light cloves, OK. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with litchee and cloves, chalky notes, nice.
