Bottle. Dark brown, cloudy, small to average and fully diminishing light brown head. Moderate malty and sweetish aroma, caramel, faint fruitiness and bread. Medium, malty and sweetish flavor, faint fruitiness, some caramel and some bread. Finish is average, malty and sweetish, some caramel, faint bread and hoppyness, faint alcohol. Sweetish dunkel, alcohol little bit dries the finish. OK but really nothing special.

330 ml bottle.
Pours a deep, slightly hazy amber colour with a thick white head. Aroma of sweet malts, plums, butter and caramel. Flavour of toasted malts, sweet honey and some dried fruits with very annoying metallic notes. Medium bodied, thin mouthfeel and a dry, slightly malty finish. Overall a thin dunkel with some disturbing notes.

Pours hazy dark copper color with medium off-white head. Aroma of grass, malts, caramel, distant syrup notes, cellar notes and some ripe fruits. Flavor of malts, caramel, dry hay, yeast, ripe fruits and earth. Medium carbonation, slick palate with a sweetish finish.

Pours dark brown with a light head. Aroma is bubble gum. Flavor is roasted malts. Pretty nice, the aroma is more interesting than disturbing.

Tap. Pours dark amber red with a nice head. Aroma hops, malts. A really dunkel feel. Creamy palate. Not bad.

Very nice. There are good Finnish beers, it’s just quite an effort to find them.

Brown color and average carbonation. Medium body with lightly roasted but very malty flavor. Very well balanced beer. Easy to pair with basic food like smoked salmon or pork chops.

Sweetish and malty aroma with metal, roastiness and some coffee. Flavour is rather malty with some roastiness and coffee. Dry finish. One of the best finnish dunkels.
