Bottle at Chriso’s 2012 Pre-GBBF Shindig, London. Pours crystal clear with almost no color, but a good, white foam head. Candy apple-pear nose. Big sweet flavor, lightly artificial, some apples. Light bodied with high carbonation. Sweet finish, sugary, plenty of artificial fruits. Not great.

Clear light yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, pear, dry, apple skin maybe ! Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, appple - pear, this time not artificial like normal cider from finland. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20120804]

Bottled (From K-Market Huutoniemi, Vaasa). Pale yellow colour, no head. Aroma is sweet and tart apple with some mild sugary notes. Flavour is sweet apple, with mild green apples and tartness. Semidry palate (which probably means dry, on the Finnish ciderscale). Not nearly as dry as dry ones from other countries, but on the Finnish scale among the most dry. Actually tastes like apple, so not artificial either.

Aroma has sweet, ripe apples and sugar. Flavour has ripe, floury apples and fruit sugar. Sticky and somewhat leathery finish. Definitely not dry (kuiva) like the label promises. But not completely oversweet though.

Pours a clear pale yellow colour with loads of large bubbles. Looks like a sparkling wine. Aroma of sweet apples and some artificial pear-like notes. Flavour of sweet apples, wet wood, sweet toffee and quite aggressive sugariness. Light mouthfeel, high carbonation and a sweet sugary finish. Way too sugary and not really dry.
