Extremely light and refreshing. Have one while watching the Mardi Gras parade at Mia’s on St. Charles St. Perfect lawn mower beer.

Malty with slight apple note and a bit of sweetness late. Fuller bodied that I was expected, but not bad.

Draft @ Cooter Brown. Warm honey gold. Flavors on the sweet side but clean. So cold can’t smell it. Watery. But has a nice fig honey character. Nothing wrong with it except thinness.

Have had draft and now in cans.
Aroma: has sweet bready and yeasty notes with a hint of grassiness from the hops. .
Appearance: Pours thick/fluffy slightly off white head that holds up decent. Nice lacing noted is a tad bit dark for a Blonde but acceptable. Clarity is very clear and brilliant in cans, I find the draft a bit cloudy.
Taste: is more "ALE" like than the average blonde. I find many blondes border on a crisp "lager" flavor. This once is fruity, bready, yeasty, with a nice, even mild hop bitterness.
Palate: I find the can version seems to have more mouth feel than the tap versions which I have found somewhat watery. I attribute this to poor beer line maintenance. I find the finish a bit on the weak side and wish for a tad more crispness.
Overall: A nice session-able beer. For me almost has a "Farm House" quality. I enjoy the can version very much and have it in the fridge at all times. The draft version I find to be average and ranges from mediocre to very decent from account to account. This is a beer that will suffer from poor to average beer line maintenance. When served on clean lines, it shines.

This beer is pretty bad. Everything about it is light. Bland flavor with a pretty bad finish of water and alcohol. Not very pleasant.

6 dollar pint in New Orleans. Orange-tan, filtered. Creamy orange dought flavor, mild buttery undertones. Not really Bohemian or World Class, but sessionable enough. No glaring off flavors. Has some mild Lager tones, pretty smooth. Underwhelming, questionable Ale.

On tap at local bar. Brew was a bit more tart than I would like. Also was kind of hazy, which I found odd for a blond ale. Hop presence was minimal and maltiness was more a sweet mellow taste, nothing interesting. A good session brew, but I think it has some minor flavor flaws.
