3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Tap. Poured a bright amber with a medium white, foamy head. Very smooth on the tongue - less sharp than Saint Arnold’s Endevour. Great taste from an excellent hop profile. Smoothness continued to the finish with less of a bitter back end than other IPA’s.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Location: Pint on tap at Felix’s Oyster House
Appearance: Lighter amber slightly hazy. Big fluffy white head
Nose: Mostly lightly roasted malt. Slight bitter hops.
Taste: lightly sweet malt on the front. Finishes with good bitters
Body: lighter and fluid
Parting thoughts: I had no idea this was an IPA, until after I drank it. I was assuming it was a pilsner or some English style bitter. Not a typical IPA at all. So, other than that, it was underwhelming and forgettable.

3.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Tapped out amber. 12ºSRM.
Nose is beery, maybe a bit of pine on second approach. Nose has a very beery character, way too much and without the herbaceous or citrus aromas one might expect of an IPA.
Mouthfeel is thin soapy. Palate has sweet toasty malty flavors of graham cracker, honey and maybe taffy or candy. Hops are bitter with pine, grass and in the front part of the palate orange peel which then fades into a pronounced bitter of pine, pine sap and a bit of resinous sticky finish.
Finish is medium with bitter and herbaceous flavors on the back palate. It does finish clean.
Barely makes it to faves, but It did make enough of a positive impression with the full malt body, and the nice hop balance to make it. Probably the weirdest IPA to make it to the list. Really almost like an aggressively hopped lager, like an IPL.
Goes on Favorites List!

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a medium golden amber color. Aromas of citrus and fruit. Flavor is a big hop presence with subtle tastes of fruit and vegetables, then more hops.

Pilsener like with Some hop aroma and taste. Not really what you expect of an ipa.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Draft. Pours murky yellow orange with thin white head that resides along the glass rim. Dull hop aroma over medium carbonation. It's mildly hoppy with a wheat zest backbone. Really not my thing.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can. Moderate roasted grain for the malt, moderate pine and orange rind for the hops, light soap for the yeast, with light dried fruit in the background. Head is average size, frothy, white with excellent lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is sparkling clear light amber/orange. Flavor starts slightly sweet and lightly acidic, then finishes lightly acidic and moderately bitter. Palate is medium, slick with a soft to lively carbonation. A well balanced and easy drinking IPA

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Deliciously smooth ipa! Lovely golden pour w/ a white head & outstanding lacing. The aroma is primarily soft citrus notes. The taste is slightly bitter but nicely balanced by the citrusy flavors. It is pleasant on the palate & overall a very good ipa!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
(En fût à la brasserie): Un profil malté assez fruité laisse tout de même des houblons verts et épicés se distinguer. Très bon sans être mémorable.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
16 ounce can pour at the Hard Rock in Biloxi. I really enjoyed this beer. Just the right amount of hoppiness and bitterness. Give this a try if you get a chance.
