Keg at rozmanitost. Pours a cloudy, yeasty yellow. Lots of hop flavour. Pine and Grass. The bitterness is rampant as is the yeast. A little unrefined but still serviceable.

Tapped: Hazy, deep golden to amber coloured, stable creamy off-white head, very solid dry piney and grapefruity nose, some well hidden malt underneath; pretty dry bitter-sweet flavour, quite light bodied; some balancing malty fruityness in the dry and lingering finish with hops sticking to the palate. Vyborné pivo…

On tap at Rozmanitost. Murky gold brown pour with about an inch of each hop and yeast sludge that settle to the bottom. Aroma is hoppy, yeasty, lots of citrus and pine. Taste is quite bitter, acrid even, lots of hop tannins dirrrrty. Bleh.

(draught) pours a murky golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of sauerkraut soup, cherries and heather, gooseberries, banana and yeast. flavour is mostly hops and peppery spices, with a hint of cardboard, some light butter and a pronounced bitter finish. medium-bodied with lively carbonation.

My Bottom Line:
Juicy tropical hops and their unkempt resins whirl and smash about this amateurish homebrew’s yeast-squatting, rough body.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A ring of foam crowns the ugliest beer I’ve seen in a long time. Tons of yeast and hop sediment floating about in murky, pale brown shades. I thought this was the bottom of a keg, but they were serving this to everybody in the room.
-The hop fruitiness has raspberry angles.
-The resinous bitterness is also astringent, like a tea bag having steeped way too long.
-Either this brewer has no idea what he’s doing (which I doubt), or this store shouldn’t be serving tap beer.
-It really feels like they wanted to make us pay for what they would usually have thrown out. Shame.

On tap at Pivni Rozmanitost.

Tap. Lemongrass, light herbal aroma, ginger. Cloudy orange, white foam. Lemony, light metallic hop base, hay, somewhat lean body. I liked the other ones better.
