Humala IPA is the artistic expression of drunkenness, poetry that conveys the passion from Nómada to innovate. This India Pale Ale exploits the possibilities of hops on a light malt and crystal but perfectly supports its massive and continuous addition. 7.3% ABV. Combines well with baked fish, Parmentier, salmon, swordfish, all kinds of fish in sushi or sashimi, risottos, snacks, cheese, beef, tempura, breaded, shrimp, pork with salt and sausages.

Rating #1049 - April 2, 2014 - Older bottle from the CBI storage lair. Pours a darker amber, with a bubbly tan head. Aroma is a very Citra-y lemon - although the citrusy sweetness from the hop had faded (I imagine) considerably. Still thrilling and bold malty sweetness makes this enjoyable despite its age.

Pours cloudy with an ever growing frothy white top. Aroma is big earthy and pine hops with caramel and biscuit malts. Taste is dank, earthy and floral hop bitterness with caramel and biscuit malts. Thanks to Reimer for this.

Bottle, nearly a gusher. Very lively pour to say the least. Hazy orange body. Sweet creamsicle-orange aroma, some other tropical fruit notes in here too. Sweet malts intertwine with tropical fruit hop character, light pine. Moderately bitter finish.

Aroma is lemon grass and citrus. Taste is a tarty and slightly earthy body. Some light sweet maltiness here. The heavy hop presence seems to finish surprisingly smooth. Appearance is a slightly hazy gold with a thin pearl head thst retains reasonably.

330 ml bottle. Wee gusher. Opaque orange brown, huge rocky off-white foam eventually settles and lasts. Hoppy aroma of citrus and tropical fruit. Bitter resinous citrus hop taste, tropical fruit, caramel /toffee malt. Livelier carbonation, medium-full bodied, aggressively hopped. Bitter hoppy finish. DNFL (Definitely Not For Lagerboys)

Pale orange hazy liquor. Average sized white head. Leaves a long lasting thin film. Smooth pine, fruity aroma. Light to medium body, low co2, bitter finish. Taste is bitter, interesting, citrusy. Deep, complex and well balanced.

Orange pour with tons of fluffy stubborn head. Tough to pour a full glass. Tough to get an aroma, but it seems to be a clean orange peel and tangerine thing going on. Flavor is an interesting, unfamiliar creamy citrus like orange sherbet. This is accentuated by a smooth creamy mouthfeel, aided by the head of fluffy foam. Lime definitely adds to the citrus sherbet thing as well. Little bitterness. Alternatively, i can see a crappy canned iced tea-like fake lemon flavor as well. Either way, theres some sort of citrus flavor that i dont typically get from a beer. Truly an odd beer but generally enjoyable.

slight fruity hops and a lemon and restrained malt background. Pours a pretty, deep orange with a massive white head that lingers throughout and leaves webbing down the glass. Haziness kept it from being a 5 on appearance. Taste is moderate low citrus and grass with a moderate bready malt background. Finishes quickly and slightly dry. Moderate low bitterness. Pretty tasty!
