aroma is roasted malty, wood, whisky, peat smoke, not that peated. coffee , vanilla, very tasty, but perhaps a little overdone on the sweet side.

Bottled. A pitch black beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, alcohol, and whiskey. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, caramel, wood, and alcohol, leading to a dry roasted finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear dark brown with a reddish hue and a small light brown head. Sweet and heavy booze in the nose, overripe dark fruit and again some ammonia, but fortunately very little peat. Thick, syrupy body, low carbonation, subtle roast and chocolate, a slight whiff of ashes, a rustic, woody touch but luckily only subte peat. Quite some heat here! Like it! 140113

33 cl bottle. I love the cat and I’ll follow it. Moose is absolute black, smells Lagabulin peat, coffee, licorice, dense and sweet, vanila and dry fruits, dark cream an incredible experience. Take calm and drink moose.

Pours oily black. Small tan head. Lagavulin and vanilla on the nose. Tastes alcoholic, special, burnt with a little sweetness. A very good imperial stout.

Contexto: Suenan Pigeons..estoy cenada (wok con soja en cantidad generosa) , hace frío en la calle y bajomanta en el sofá. Y es perfecto, el momento, la cerveza, la luz y el ronroneo de mi gato. Adoro la etiqueta, el aroma a turba, la sensación melosa, esos 13 y pico grados que me dejan a gustito, y el sabor que dura, dura y perdura. Es perfecta!!!
