Complete black color with a solid beige head. Ok lacing. Smooth mellow chocolate, oak and fruity aroma. Full body. A bit sweet and an ok bitterness. Soft carbonation. Powerful flavor. Really berry fruity after a while. Lots of chocolate, oak and mild licorice. Very well hidden alcohol.

Bouteille 33cl.

UPDATED: FEB 23, 2015 Pretty smoked and burnt raisin aroma with liquor notes. Brownish medium head not very persistent. In mouth it adds ashes and burnt chocolate, caramel and raisin, providing dry and salty notes together with some acidity presence. Not very enjoyable complexity because of excessive presence of burnt flavours to my preferences.

Oleiste, wyczuwalna szlachetność alkoholu, porównać można do whisky. Do tego mocne nuty czekoladowe. Wysycenie niskie. Bardzo ciekawe piwo, do powolnej degustacji!

Bottle, 0.33l. Murky almost black color with thin creamy light brown head and many body particles floating. Aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, cocoa, oatmeal, coffee and liquorice. Taste starts with rich roasted malt and sweet chocolate, follows by liquorice and woody note with warming alcoholic mouthfeel and mild bitter finish. Full body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Couldn’t have aged it for 5 years, I think 5 weeks is a success story...
