500ml bottle - Dark amber/ruby body, thin white froth on top, rich caramel nose. Sharp malty tang on the way in, bitterness and crisp spicy orange on the way out. It seems okay, but not the best Iíve had from Nook.

Bottle - 500ml. Deep red-tinged amber. Tight head. Malty overtones of nuts, cereals and toast - thought the smell isnít strong. Thereís a nice malty taste with some grassy hops. On the tongue is better than on the nose. very soft carbonation, almost flat - quite thin, but thereís a really pleasant bitter finish.

Cask. An amber beer with a dense orangey head. The aroma has notes of fruit, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of toffee on a medium malty background, leading to a bitter finish.
