2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Keg at The Kings Head, Holt, Norfolk. Pale gold with white head. Dry malty, slightly tinny note, hints of fruitiness, a chalky hint perhaps, not bad for a UK Pale Lager.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Mid golden yellow colour with a weak white head. A light hoppy aroma, plus a background maltiness. Dry mouthfeel. A bitter taste, mild hoppy flavour which is followed by a biscuity dry malt flavour. The finish is bitter and hoppy.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottled 06/05/13. A copper to amber coloured beer with a white head. A reasonably hoppy lager. Good citrussy notes in the nose. Malts are a bit sweet and grainy which makes it a little unpalateable. I liked the nose though.
