UPDATED: OCT 1, 2009 Golden with a small white head. Herbal aroma with honey notes. Sweet honey flavour with bees wax, and some spices. A little too sweet for me, but with a nice lemon finish.

Tap @ the brewpub.
Pours hazy pale golden with a slight, creamy, white film head. Sweet aroma, light heather honey, some wheat and coriander. Highish, prickly carbonation, fair if a tad thin mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, lots of wheat, some sweet honey. Very wit-like. Light grassy hops, coriander, vanilla and sweet wheat in the aftertaste. It is okay, though a tad too sweet for me - though it still maintains a fair hoppiness. Just a hint of pepper.

(Draught at the brewpub on 2009-09-15) Yellowish and hazy. Small white head. Sweetness and honey in aroma. Light and dryish palate with quite high carbonation. Fruitiness, sweetness, honey, hops, bitterness and lightly citircness in taste. Bitterness and sweetness in afertaste. Quite good for a honey beer as I normally don’t like those at all.
