3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap @ the brewery.
Pours lovely clear copper with a small, staying, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has good resiny hops, peach, grapefruit, grass. Some soft caramel in the base. Highish carbonation, lovely creamy and very dry mouthfeel. Flavour is elegant, peach, pine, apricot. Malts base has caramel and walnuts. Lingering, heavy bitter finish. An IPA centered on bitter hops rather than aroma hops.

On tap @ Nørrebro Bryghus. Pours a hazy amber, with a small airy head. Aroma is very tropical, with passion fruits, mango and physalis. Body is creamy with soft carbonation. Flavour has a quickly passing tropical sweetness, before the hoppy bitterness kicks in with grapefruit and spruce. Long bitter finish with orange peel, grapefruit and pine. Nice aromatic, yet bitter beer.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
The pour is amber in color with an off-white head. Somewhat sweet on the nose with a lot of caramel and toffee. A light pine hoppiness along with some pineapple and grapefruit peel. The flavor is lightly bitter, but the sweet caramel and toffee malt flavors dominate. A decent grapefruit flavor with some pine and grass notes. Hints of perfume on the finish.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap. Hazy amber with an off-white head leaving a discreet lacework. Very exotic hop aroma, distinctly peachy. Quite full-bodied, lots of fruit and caramel but it’s the exotic hop blend that dominates. A little dusty perhaps. Not extremely bitter though. Nice one. 190912

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20

Interesting IPA. More of a caramel burned mald body, with american hops. Nice bitternes. All together not bad, especially the use of malts sets it apart, and makes it suitable for colder weather.
