On tap at ØlFestival 2012. A dense, off-white head of finger-thick size sits on top of an unclear, golden-orange body. Some lacings left. Wheaty, light citrusy nose with a touch of banana. Straight forward and no non-sense, but pleasant. The same can be said of the flavor, which is a bit on the sweet side, with canned fruits-syrup, some citrus and generic fruitiness. Not the typical white sugar touch found in so many blondes. Super-soft on the palate, medium to full body. Overall, a nice beer indeed, but as so many of the other beers from Nørrebro I wish it was more pronounced all the way. 120510

05-JUN-2012, draft @Nørrebro Bryghus. Quite hazy, almost murky orange with off-white head. Malty yeasty nose with a whiff of tart cherries and licorice. Quite yeasty spicy taste. Creamy wheat-bodied. Sweet with just a hint of citric tartness. Very fine.

thewolf (12079) - Kolding, DENMARK - JUN 1, 2012
Tap @ the brewery.
Muddy pale greyish yellow with a small, cramy, white head. Aroma is sweet, estery, banana, malty, doughy, light buscuity. Medium carbonation, dry and light creamy mouthfeel. Kinda grainy. Flavour has mild cardboard, yeast, sweet malts, red apples. Overripe banana. Rather dusty finishing bitterness that isn’t overly pleasant.
