COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Editor’s note: Çeske Böhmer has been made from all organic ingredients since November 2011. All ratings of the beer after that date should be entered here.

Bottle, bought @ LIVA, Kolding.
Pours clear coppery golden with a medium, staying, creamy, off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts, light doughy, some grass. Highish carbonation, okay dry and light mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, light brewing cereal, doughy, subdued caramel, a bit metallic (especially in the beginning). Rather fine grassy bitterness. Okay.

Pinball (9702) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - DEC 29, 2011
bottle from netto. clear golden yellow, smooth yellow head. malty and slighlty cardboard hoppy aroma. flavor is bitter, hoppy, malty, bitterness sits somewhere between the hops and the malts, resembles the herbal bitterness found in english bitter - feels a bit weird. A dry bitter (unfortunatley slightly herbal bitter) pils.

Papsoe (25131) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - DEC 25, 2011
Bottle 40 cl. Pours a deep golden with a white head. Sweet malty nose, a little caramel with a whiff of diacetyl – not much saazer character though. Medium body, carbonation is a little low, dry hoppiness, a little sulphur, again no real saazer character. Bland for a Bohemian Pilsener. 251211
