Draft at the brewpub - Copenhagen. Pours clear, rich gold with a moderate, creamy white head. Crisp, doughy malt nose with hints of anise. Light to medium sweet flavor with bready malt, light hay, faint spices, anise. Light to medium bodied with fine to average, creamy carbonation. Sweet finish with light bitter hay, some straw, mild dough. Tasty but could use some more dry bitterness. Nice overall.

Bottle from LIC. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, grass, hops, notes of citrus and straw.

Clear golden pour with a white head. Somewhat sweet aroma with some pale malt and bread notes. A light floral and spicy hop character with a hint of lemon peel. The flavor is fairly sweet as well with a good amount of bread and apple esters. A hint of melon hop flavor, light citrus, and some mild grass and floral notes. Very minimal bitterness.

Tap @ Nørrebro with yespr. Fairly clear, golden appearance with a white head. A touch fruity, fairly sweet, grainy aroma. The flavor is quite sweet for a Bohemian Pilsner with some light fruit, grass, and earth notes.

Tap at Norrebro. Clear amber. Medium carbonation. Spotty lace. No retention. Sticky, tawny, rustic grain nose with raw honey. Almost straight honey nose. Latent DMS character that is rampant for all of Norrebro’s beer probably due to an inadequate mashtun fan. Mild sauerkraut. Taste is bland, bread, just straight super bland seltzer water. What the hell is this? Needs a new mashtun fan. Requires HOPS to make pilsner.
