UPDATED: AUG 1, 2014 Tap@metropolitian cafe/brass. Name pilsner økologisk. Propably the same as this one. Golden clear small head. Leatherbelt aroma. Dusty taste. So so. Rerated 1/8-14 home. Dark golden clear. The one finger evaporated quick. Very malty and butterscots. A bit too flat for a pils.

UPDATED: JUN 29, 2015 44cl bottle@home in straight glass@approx 6 degrees C. Pours clear orange golden with a fine white head with sufficienct retention. Fresh malty, grassy aroma. Taste clean with malt dominating and the Czech inspiration noticable but not overpowering. Hops present enough to balance the malt. Medium body with medium carbonation. A well balanced pils - not too sweet, not too bittter.

(33 cl bottle from local supermarket; BBD: May 17th 2016) Poured into a Brøckhouse Footed Pilsner glass revealing a clear amber body with white two finger head that settles into one-finger depth after a while and retains it nicely. Lively carbonation and decent lace. Aroma is grassy noble hops and biscuit malt with a hint of butter. Oily texture, light to medium body and a well balanced short finish. Flavour has mild sweetness initially with the hops drying out the palate in the end a little. Quite refreshing and well executed for the style.

Lovely clear orange golden pour with a fine white head. Malty and herbal aroma. Nice and quite typical Czech. Medium body with a fine carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Nice smooth flavor with herbal hops, malty and mild fruity. Nice pils.

Tap @ RizRaz Copenhagen, as Nørrebro Pilsener. Originally rated 2014-08-29.
Orange clear beer with white head. Aroma and flavor have flowery sweetness, hay, harsh malts with some bulky cardboard. Palate is medium full with strong carbonation. Finish has mild bitterness with herbally hoppy aftertaste. Quite basic lager more than a pils. Bonus point for being organic.

Pours a clear deep gold. Near-white head with good duration. Light sweet generic malt aroma. A vague hint of earthy hops. Medium to light body. Slick mouthfeel. Clean but light malt base. Fairly dry with some toasted hints. Mild bitterness. Not very flavorfull, but goes well with Thai food. [Draft at Thai Pan, Nørrebro as "Nørrebro Pilsner" ]
