COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Chicas IPA - en lys amerikansk inspireret IPA. Vidunderlige frugtige humleromaer fra humlerne Chinook og Cascade er første indtryk. Smagen er mellemfyldig og bitter med lette malttoner og stort og blomstret humlepræg. En frisk og bitter humlenydelse!

Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, flowers, citrus, dark hops, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dark citrus, fruity, flowery, light dry, good balanced. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120202]

From tap at the brewpub. Pours almost clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is crisp peachy, fruity and mild mango. Mild malty, slight caramelish. Crisp hoppy, fruity, bitter and light sweet impression from the fruits. Bitter and smooth fruity finish.

Pours clear golden with a small, staying, creamy, white head. Aroma has grapefruit, strawberries, pineapple, light doughy malts. Medium to high carbonation, dry and a bit light mouthfeel. Flavour is bitter, but rather malty as well. Piney, strawberries, sugary, some Galia melon. Powerfully piney bitterness. And a bit of butter as it warms. Not very sophisticated.
