On tap at Ølfestival 2011. It’s an unclear one, golden-orange in color and with a minimal off-white head. Peachy, slightly piney aroma with pale malts and sweetness. Bitter, slighlty malty sweet flavor with resins and citrus, and some peach. Full-bodied, served with a higher carbonation level than I prefer. Bitter and fruity finish. A quite tasteful and easy drinkable pale ale that I won’t shy away from drinking again. 110526

Draft @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty hoppy bitter citrus flavor. Has a fruity sweetish malty hoppy bitter citrus finish.

On tap at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Pours a hazy golden with a tiny off-white head. Sweet with some bitterness. Malty aromas of hay and hints of toffee. Some citric hops notes. Medium bodied. Medium to soft carbonation. Long dry finish.

Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma is malt and heavy citrus. Flavour is malt, citrus and peach.

De barril. Hazy to cloudy yellow colour, medium white ehad. Aroma is fresh with citrus, lemon and grapefruity hoppy like. Good mouthfeel. Flavour is hoppy grapefruity with citrus and a nice dry bitterness.

Sampled at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Pours a hazy and yellow beer with a weak offwhite head. The aroma is malt and hops with flowers. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is bitterness with some notes of sweetness. Overall a good beer.

Draught@CPH BF 2011. Golden slightly hazy colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and floral hops along with some mild maltyness. Flavour is much the same in a pleasant balance.
