On tap at ØlFestival 2012. It pours a clear, dark golden body under a dense, off-white head of finger-thick size. Mostly malty nose, with meaty notes and some hops. Pleasant, but rather boring. That can be said about the flavor too, with the same maltiness and meat found in the aroma, a faint roasted hint as well, and in my opinion it’s a bit on the sweet side. Pleasant bitterness though. Full-bodied, soft and nicely carbonated on the palate. Bitter finish. A nice beer, but I think the name promises more than I get. 120510

Pours clear copper with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of grain, corn, grassy and DMS. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Sampled at DØE Beerfestival 2012, TAP1. Pours a clear and copper beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is malt and wet grass. The flavor follows the nose with additional bitterness and hops with citrus. The palate is bitterness. Overall a beer just above average.
