COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: En belgisk inspireret tripel på 9,2 %. Honning og krydrede toner er første indtryk af denne frugtige vidunderlighed, der står lys, ufiltreret og indbydende i glasset og lokker med perlende friskhed og stor kompleksitet. Smagen overrasker med yndefuld elegance og lethed, mens et varmende alkoholspark vidner om en vis bredskuldret fylde.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity spicy yeasty honey aroma. Sweetish malty spicy honey flavor with yeasty hints. Has a sweetish malty spicy yeasty honey finish.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate to light heavy yeasty, marzipan, spicy, yeast, old honey, dusty honey. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, old dusty, overripped fruit, yeast, honey. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110211]

On tap. Slightly hazy amber with a small and creamy off-white head. Discreet aroma, a little fruit, caramel and yeast. Medium-bodied, some overripe fruit, lightly nutty, caramel and light phenols. Draft. A hazy dark golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of malt, spices, peaches, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of hibiscus flowers and honey, as well as medium notes of malt, peaches, and yeast, leading to a dry alcoholic finish. The alcohol is is not tasted but felt on the tongue.

Draught. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Nice fruity esters. Heavy bitter and fruity powerfull flavor. Nice licorice notes. Long fantastic moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Excellent tripel.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with a small, creamy and white head. Aroma is mild yeasty, slight spiced and fruity. Phenolic, sweet, bubblegum and mild spiced. Lingering sweet and slight honey. Sweet and fruity into the finish. Light phenolic into the far finish.
