On tap at Copenhagen Oldage on 20 May 2006.Mid brown colour. Nutty and, erm, nutty. Not very imposing. Too sweet for my taste. The mouthfeel wasn’t particularly clean - had a slight cardboardy edge. Not one of my favourite Norrebro beers but I’m not a big fan of Brown ales anyway.

Fad: Yderst solid flot brown ale, med en virkelig god balance imellem den nødddeagtige maltsmag, let bitterhumle og alkoholen. Solid men ikke suveræn.

(Draught at Nörrebro Bryghus, Copenhagen, 28 March 2008) Reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty nose with notes of caramel, chocolate and toffee. Malty taste with dark berries and fruit, cherries, toffee and chocolate. Nice, spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, rather sweet. Tasty and nice brown ale.

Tap @ the brewpub.
Beautiful amber red with a slight haze to it. A big, creamy beige head on top - stunning duration and very dense and consistent. Aroma is mild, lightly roasted, some chocolate and alittle coffee. Rather lively mouthfeel at first, then settles nicely and becomes okay creamy. Flavoru is well-balanced, lots of chocolate peeping through, some off-flavours from the yeast mix in, but overall, this is nice - especially the aftertaste; long, chocolate balance. Good.

Draught at the brewpub
Beautiful amber (to dark amber) color; creamy head. An ordinary Ale, a bit fruity, but spoiled by what, to me, seems to be a light infection.
