COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: Brewed for the FAIR Fælled - fair trade festival in Copenhagen 25th/26th of August 2007

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours a hazy golden color with a small fast disappearing white head. Spicy malty yeasty and slightly grassy aroma. Sweet fruity and grassy flavor with some yeasty hints. Yeasty malty finish with some hints of hops.

On tap at the brewpub. Deep golden pour, with a small, off-white head. A bit vague nose, fruity and slighlty hoppy and sweet. Weak and boring flavor, but pleasant, with sweetness and fruityness, finishing quite vague as well. Medium body. I like it. It’s a bit boring, but there’s definately nothing wrong with it, but it is a refreshing, easy to drink beer. (071005)

Draught @ Nørrebro Bryghus, Copenhagen. Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate cane sugar, citrus, flowers, perfume, grass, pepper. Inintial flavor is moderate sweet, finish flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. (021007)

Tap @ the brewery. Pours a lightly hazy light orange with a small creamy white head that quickly turns into a thin film. Sweet aroma, very fruity; oranges, strawberries and wine gums. Relatively low carbonation - still served a bit cold, but that’s Nørrebro for you. Quite simple flavours for a saison, a bit caramel sweet with exotic fruits (primarily oranges). Only limited spicyness and even weaker pepper. Not much of a saison, but still a fresh and nice brew.

Fad. Nærmest lyserød i farven.

Large off-white head that mostly lasted. Light cloudy golden colour. Fair display of lacework. Very perfumes with notes of citrus, spice and underlying fruit and floral notes. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Light to moderated sweet flavour with light acidic and hint of bitter notes. Light acidic fruity finish.

Draft at Nørrebro Bryghus.

Pours a light hazy gold with a modest head; the nose is over-ripe pear and banana esters, like a witbier, instead of the hoped-for funky saison aromas. The flavor follows pretty closely; fruity but light, mildly sweet, relatively thin and watery mouthfeel.

I found this one to be not particularly true to style nor particularly good.

Draught. Small almost non-existant white head. Clear cobber body. Sweet and fruity apple pear aroma. . Dry and yet sweet caramel hoppy flavor. Low carbonation. Short aftertaste.

UPDATED: APR 11, 2009 (On tap) Hazy, pale amber golden with a small, off-white head. Lightly tart and floral aroma. Light in body, again with floral accents, a bit perfumy with a citrusy touch. Dry and lightly acidic in a a refreshing way with some aroma hops in the after burp. Quite quaffable. 300807

Draft. A hazy golden-orange beer with a thin lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with a sharp note of coriander. The flavor is sweet - yet slightly acidic - and quite spicy - especially coriander - but more than that, leading to a slightly dry finish where the spices lingers around. An OK beer though I find the body a bit thin.
