Draft. A black beer with a lazing dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt rye, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of barley, roasted malt, wood, and thin coffee, leading to a dry roasted finish.

Tap @ Nørrebro Bryghus.
Very deep brownish red that appears black from a distance. Nice, staying, creamy beige head with nice lacings. Aroma has mild chocolate, a slight metal edge, some cold coffee, roasted graininess. Medium carbonation, light and dryish mouthfeel. Flavour is crisp, again very clean but this time borders on metallic, lots of coffee, burnt malts, light ashy with some tar. Light and very drinkable.

On tap. Pours an opaque black with a creamy beige head leaving a neat curtain of laces. The nose is surprisingly discreet, only a subtle whiff of roast. Medium body, solid roasted flavours and quite some coffee. Roasted bitterness. Solid and straight. 211011
