Draught. Amber colour. Slightly hazy. Acidic nose. Delicate honey flavours. Nice carbonation level. Mixes well with the sourness. Honey is there, but well hidden.

@ Copenhagen festival 2011. The aroma has honey, red wine, oak, some malts. Hazy, amber coloured beer with not much of a head. The taste is light sourish, light tart, has red wine, honey, some maltiness. Nice desert beer.

On tap at Ølfestival 2011. An unclear one, dark golden in color and with a minimal sized beige head. White wine, some oak, a faint whiff of vinegar, nuts and a hint of honey on the nose. The aroma is more on the nutty side, some sweetness too, and white wine, oak, vinegar and honey. Full-bodied, warming and quite dry on the palate, finishing rather nutty. A lovely and complex beer. 110526

Draft @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Pours a hazy amber color with no head. Has a fruity funky redwine aroma with hints of honey. Fruity sour tart wine and oeak flavor with hints of honey. Has a fruity sour tart wine finish.

On tap at KØ-2011. Pale amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is alcohol, honey, malt, oak. Flavour alcohol, honey, malt, oak, nuts. nutty finish with alcohol. very nice beer.

Hazy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of fruit, wine, oak and funk. Sweet and tart flavour with a bit of yeast and that unfortunate popcorn-like aftertaste that sometimes ruins a sour beer for me.

Pours dark amber with a beige head. Aroma is honey, redwine and malt. Flavour is heavy honey, sweet, light sour notes and light redwine.

(on tap) Dark orange, small, white head. Formidable honey/bourbon aroma. Heavy mouthfeel from the honey, but the rally nice thing is the toasty thing about this taste. That roastyness, it´s like drinking cake with a huge amount of alcohol.
