4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Tap @ CBF. Pours light brown, no head. Aroma has lots of barrel, light sourness, bretty barnyard, leathery, a hint of wild honey and dark fruits. Taste has loads of red wine barrel, brett, leather, oak, nice sweetness, honey, nice balsamic red wine touch. Perfect carbonation, light and dense. The most interesting beer I had on the Copenhagen Beer Festival, and one of the best ones as well.

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Sampled at Copenhagen beer festival 2011. Now this is something. So many super inventive brews this year. Aroma is a mix between geuze, sugery sirup, barley, honney and brett. Fresh wild fermented flavor with a nice flowery nectar sweetness and some fresh vinouse notes aswell. Fansy mix. Very refreshing

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: OCT 6, 2012 Rating #576, sample @ CBF’11
Unclear amber coloured beer with no head. Aroma is smoke, wine, wood, honey, berries, vanilla and redcurrant. Flavor of redcurrant, smoke, honey, oatmeal, müsli, easily burnt and easily bitter finish with müsli. Thick and soft palate. Very nice one. I think.
Was categorized as a beer when I tried it - I normally don’t rate meads even though I think it’s a magnificent drink.

2.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Tap @ Ølfestival 2011.
Pours muddy amber with practically no head. Arom has strawberries, honey, light pear winegums. A bit of sulphur as well. Lowish carbonation, oily and sharp mouthfeel. Flavour has loads of honey sweetness, ammonia, sharp and weird herbal note. Lingering medicinic oak and herbs that stick in all directions. Not good.
