Dark amber with atiny, off-white head. Fruity with sour tones. Malt, fruit,, bitterness and high carbonation. Medium body with a bitter/ sour finish.

Clear brown of color with a small off white head. An aroma of fruit, yeasty spicy herbal with some sour hints. A flavor of fruit, spicy and slightly yeasty peppery flavor with some sour hints.

Sampled @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Amber with a dense off-white head. Delicious aroma of fruit, light acidic brett and spices. Flavor is refreshing and light acidic, fruity and spicy. Very nice and a bit unusually Saison.

Sample at KØ-2010. Dark amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is fruit, alcohol, citrus. Flavour is fruit, alcohol, berries, brett, spices. Medium to full body. Nice beer.

KØ10. Mild citric aroma. Hazy dark brown colour. Small stable tan head. Sweet flavour, hint of acid. Mild and pleasant.

Draught at KØ09. Mild phenolic aroma, hint of fart. Cloudy dark brown colour. The flavour is roughly bitter. Slightly sour note.

Berry fruitiness in the flavor. Pepper and spice and toasted malts. Mid-bodied. Fruity tartness in the finish. Funky stuff!

Draught@CPH BeerFest2010. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is brett, spices, wood, mild tart fruits and some mild notes of herbs, earth and toffee. Flavour is quite alike with some mild funkyness added.

Draught. Dark copper colour, mediumsized foamyu off-white head. Aroma is spices, zest, some mild acidic notes as well. Flavour is quite much the same along with mild earth and some herbal notes. Refreshing.

Taster, draught at Djævlebryg exhibition stand. Near-clear, dark-brown body. Patchy surface. Smell of mild tart fruits. Dark fruity flavours with spiced tartness offset by sweet malts. Nice bitter tail lingering on the swallow. Well bodied and balanced (Copenhagen Beer Festival, 07.05.2005).
