Grassy foresty hop aroma, dark caramelly malt aroma. Good combination of caramelly maltiness and hop bitterness. Doesn’t feel very lager like but still a good beer. Malty worty finish. A nice beer that feels more like anlow alcohol bock bier rather than a premium lager. Much maltiness and caramell but without becoming to sweet.

Aroma is straight forward lager, but with a little bit extra floral and extra caramels. Taste is crisp and semi-hoppy with a solid base from malt and bread. The end is a bit dusty but with a clean bitterness. A good, but anonymous lager.

400ml brown bottle with a label emphasizing the beer is ecologically produced, poured into a lager glass. Appearance is clear deep amber with a medium sized beige frothy head, that reduced quickly leaving a little lacing. Aroma of caramel, apricots and orange peels. Flavour of caramel, apricots, wholegrain bread, orange peels and a hint of grapefruit. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter. Palate is light-medium bodied, smooth texture and average carbonation. Overall a pretty good lager, I think however the cascade hops dominate the flavour a bit too much.
