Bottled (from Alko Prisma, Vaasa). Goldeny amber colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is fruity and floral with some mild herbal and bready notes. Flavour is rather pleasant with bread, grains, fruity and floral notes. Also some mild yeastyness (though the beer is perfectly clear). Looking at my old rating of the non-organic one, it feels this one kicks it ass. Nice floral, grassy and bready/earthy finish.

yngwie (13617) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 5, 2012
Bottle. It pours a clear, dark golden body and a dense, off-white head. The aroma is quite malty, but with a nice, citrusy fruityness as well. Medium body, quite pleasant carbonation level, and semi dry. The flavor has enough bitterness to make it pleasant, with citrus peel and pine cones, and some pale malts in the back. Lasting finish with bitterness and citrus fruits. A quite pleasant beer, sure one I could drink a few of. 120405

Bottle, 5.2%. Mild hoppy aroma, light caramel and pine notes. Clear amber colour. Small stable off-white head. The flavour starts off quite bitter, turning more malty, but not sweet. Good mouthfeel. Quite clean finish, medium bitterness, slightly rough.
