Commercial Description:
North Bridge Extreme is the brewers gift to Anders on the 1 year aniversary for the opening of Nørrebro Bryghus. It is inspired from the South-West Californian triple IPA's. It is brewed on English ale-malt, adjusted with different colormalt and spiced with enourmous amounts of hops. A dark golden extremely bitter ale with a distinct hop aroma.

Hazy amber pour with a perfect amount of off-white head. The head doesn’t last long, but leaves amazing stair-step lacing. Great aroma of fresh-baked bread and caramel, which continues into the flavor. Warm, balanced flavors hide the hops with complex mix of fruits including banana, oak, and malt. This is a great beer, but doesn’t really feel like an IPA, let alone an imperial!

Aroma of orange/pine and a lot of fine malt, Orange with a custard head. Flavour is a strong orange, lots of decent malt too. Full bodied, very well balanced, gorgeous mouthfeel. Wonderful!

Bottle. Pours an amber body with an white head. Lots of hops, very piny with light grapefruit. Woody with a moderate etoh warming and some caramel malt in the background. Strong hop resins and a somewhat cloying finish.

The bottle looks really good, the beer in the glass also. Starts very hoppy and fresh, modest alcoholic, the finish drier and also bitter. Not bad! Thanks to HenrikSoegaard for this bottle!

Another fine brew compliments of Steve-O, shared at the brew shack. The beer poured a nice, clear, deep amber color and a very light ring of a head. I expected it to smell of hops, but they were utterly lacking. Instead, the aroma was of light caramel and nutty maltiness. The flavuor turned out to be pretty much the same. There was basically no hop flavor, but there was a decent, very mild, English-style IPA character. Bitterness was lower than expected. Overall an enjoyable beer, but I was left perplexed in the end.

EBF 2008. Deep, amber brown color. Piney, strawberries in the nose. Sweet caramel backbone, fruity, strawberries, bready mouth. Moderately bitter finish. Excellent balance, well rounded and highly enjoyable.

Shared a bottle at tasting with The Malt Master Drbayern, the dingle to his berry Celticbrew, Uncles Tom and Steve, our New beern Pimp Brian and Dancin’ Paul. This is my first beer from Nørrebro Bryghus It poured a cloudy light copper color with na lacy head. The aroma was very nice and hoppy. The flavor was predominately malts with undertones of floral hops.
