Commercial Description:
North Bridge Extreme is the brewers gift to Anders on the 1 year aniversary for the opening of Nørrebro Bryghus. It is inspired from the South-West Californian triple IPA's. It is brewed on English ale-malt, adjusted with different colormalt and spiced with enourmous amounts of hops. A dark golden extremely bitter ale with a distinct hop aroma.

Finally! Tap at CPH ølfestival. Amber with thick white lasting head. Soft creamy mouthfeel/body. Agressive hops. Perfume/flowers. Lasting bitter end! Very nice!

Tap, Olfestival. I drank 2 versions actually. First one, the regular one: Clear orange color, short head. Aroma of US hops, caramel malt, toffee, some grass. Strong bitter taste, bit barley wine like almost. Gets even better while drinking. 2nd version: during tapping, the beer is passed through a filter with fresh hop: delicious hop aroma, some grapefruit. It’s quite the same as the regular version, but the hop aroma is fresh and even better.

Clear amber with a light orange bubbly head. The aroma is very fresh, with floral hobs and a sweet malty base. Flavor is extemly grassy bitter, and i like it. Has a sharp bitterness that sticks to your tongue afterwards. Props to the name of this brew aswell, good one
