COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: North Bridge Extreme, was a present from the brewers to Brew master Anders on the first anniversary of Nørrebro Bryghus. Inspired by the Southwest Californian triple IPA’s, it is brewed with British ale malts, adjusted with several colour malts and spiced with extreme amounts of hops.
A dark golden extremely bitter ale (9,5 % ABV) with a prominent hop aroma. Should be enjoyed as the final beer of the evening – Your taste buds will no longer function after drinking this ale!

VTHopHead (1331) - Barre, USA - FEB 21, 2010
Bottle/20.3 - Poured a quite dark orangish amber in color with a light tan head that hung in to produced some very nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is very strong of pine resin hopiness with just a hint of malty sweetness. Flavor is very hoppy, but actually quite muted by a significant amount of malt. Very well balanced. Still plenty of pine resin flavor with just a hint of citrus. Some malty sweetness at the very end. Finish is lingering, bitter and hoppy. Alcohol not apparent at all. Really good...

Bottle, shared @ Freakin’ Frog. Cloudy medium amber brown without much of a head. A heavily malty IPA, very bready and hearty, leathery dryness, with a bitter tannic hop structure. Not for everyone, but Iiked it.

bottled, an old rating from the prague xmas beer markets in ’08 and tasted again since. inviting golden with a beige head; grapefruity, bready aroma; medicinal in a good way, vanilla bean, plenty of bitterness. a bit of extra oomph, classy stuff

Sampler at CBH 2011. Clear deep golden with an off-white rim. Gooseberries, tobacco, leather and apricot on the nose. Heavy bitter, acidic and heavy sweet. Caramel notes. Full body. Finishes dry on the tongue.

Thisp oured a murky dark amber/red colorwith a beige head. Aroma was caramel, toffe and bittering stale hops. Flavor was vert sweet and malt, much more like a barleywine than a double IPA, hops are fading and are almost lost, but overall tastey stuff.

Mild hopfiger Geruch, wenig süß, weitestgehend alleinstehend. Test vom 29.9.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,11,11,12,10,11 - 11,00

8/10 i mörkhet. Klart humlig och fruktig i lukten. Oljig, besk och bitter i smaken med en bitter eftersmak.

ClubGonzo (1731) - Bergen, NORWAY - JUN 8, 2011
Tap sample @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Deep clear amber, small off-white top. Nose is mango, strawberry and hints of grass. Quite mild but nice. Taste is a well-blended fruity mango and honey combination, mixed with resinous hops. Hints of grass and maple syrup towards the finish. A very solid DIPA fram Nørrebro.
