Sampled @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Clear amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of sweet malt and caramel. Flavor is sweet malt, bitter hops, fruity and caramel. An almost straight forward but well made and balanced brown ale.

On tap at KØ-2010. Dark amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is dried fruits, roasted malt. Flavour is is hop, caramel, oat, nuts, roasted malt. Medium to full body. Nice beer.

On tap at KØ-10. It’s a clear, brown beer topped by a small, beige head. Weak nose with dried fruits, roasted malts and some coffee notes. Coffee, roasted malts and some chocolate and dried fruits in the flavor, and a good bitterness in the finish. Medium to full body, dry and smooth. An easy drinkable and tasteful brown ale. 100507

On tap. Clear reddish brown with a creamy off-white head. Fat American aroma hops in the nose with some burned caramel. Medium body, sweet burned caramel and nots with a fairly bitter finish. Lovely. 070510

CBF2010: Amber and clear. Has an off-white head, fully lasting. Aroma is sweet and nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet and finish heavy bitter.

Draught at KØ10. Clear brown colour. Small stable tan head. The flavour is a little roasted at first. Has a little grassy hops. Gets grainy towards the finish.

Sampled at DØE Beerfestival 2010, TAP1. Pours a clear and copper beer with a large offwhite head. The aroma is malt, caramel with some spices. The flavor is malt and caramel. The palate is dry with some bitterness. Overall an average beer.

7th May 2010. Copenhagen Beer Festival. Clear brown beer. Crisp palate, a little dry. A tiny bit of smoky malt. Just a whisper of hops coming through in the finish. Nicely crisp for a brown ale.

From tap@Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Low brown-shaded blond head. Body is clear, dark reddish amber. Discreet, nutty malt aroma. Fruit notes and a touch of spices. Taste is light peppery, softly roasted malts, and a certain berry fruitiness with a sourish twist. A fine bitterness is there to balance. Medium to light body. Soft in the mouth. Nutty malt finish with a discreet hop bitterness. A well-made and moreish brown ale.
